The Department of Public Safety reached out to The Foster Alliance (formally AZ Helping Hands) requesting 400 bikes to fulfill the Christmas wishes of foster children this year. The Russ Lyon Foundation wants to help fulfill these wishes! If you have the means, please consider putting a huge smile on a foster child's face this holiday season!!
