The Russ Lyon Foundation is proud to announce its new scholarship program with the community colleges of Maricopa, Pima, Yavapai, and Coconino counties.
A 5 year commitment by the Russ Lyon Foundation
Resulting in 100 student scholarships through a $100,000 investment
This program will fund a total of twenty $1,000 scholarships yearly
Preference to those who are first in their families to attend college
Preference to those who are head of household
Preference to those who are single parents
The scholarship is open to all programs
Eligibility:
Must have a 2.0 GPA at PCC or better
Enrolled in any program of study at PCC (undeclared/undecided is not acceptable)
Have financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits
Award Amounts:
Full-time $1,000 annually (500 per semester)
Part-time $1,000 annually (500 per semester).
Renewable allowed for one additional semester (fall to spring). Must maintain a PCC of 2.0 GPA or better.
If a recipient is not eligible for renewal, a new student may be selected.
